2 to 3 parallel seats per month · You start with a conversation

1:1 from day one.
The system is yours.

Sparring MAX is the top step: two months in which we build everything around your case. No group pace, no preset topics. Two to three workflows go live, I document them and hand them over to you, with a follow-up four weeks later.

30 minutes, free. The entry point is a conversation, not a form: we check together whether your case and my capacity fit.

Eight sessions, two months, one plan:
understand, build, hand over.

You book eight sessions of 2 hours flexibly via Calendly. Every session has the same structure: check-in, implement together, next step. Between sessions, what we built runs along in your daily work, and I answer your questions asynchronously.

Each red square on the right stands for one session of 2 hours.

Before session 1

Intake, diagnosis, AI compass paper

A short intake form, and I write your AI compass paper from it. The scope is on paper before the clock starts.

Preparation
Sessions 1 and 2

Foundation: your case, precisely understood

Sharpen the diagnosis, lock the priorities, set up the tools properly. We create the first workflow and you see early how I work: build, explain, you take over.

2 x 2 hours
Sessions 3 to 6

Build: two to three workflows, live on your business

The heart of the two months. Workflow by workflow, we build on your real data and processes, test it and sharpen it. New ideas migrate to the parking list, so the scope holds.

4 x 2 hours
Sessions 7 and 8

Handover: documented and yours

Every workflow gets its documentation, I sort your prompt library, and the handover puts everything in your hands. You can maintain, adapt and extend everything yourself.

2 x 2 hours
4 weeks later

Follow-up call: does it really run?

A fixed date after four weeks of everyday use: what runs, what stumbles, what has changed. A check that the system holds.

Included

16 hours of 1:1 in total across two months. Your case decides which workflows we build, not my catalogue. Typical ones are routine copy, knowledge base, research and admin, the time sinks at the top of every solo business list.

The difference from the workshop isn't more hours.
It's that everything revolves around your case.

In the workshop, a group builds on the topic of the month. In Sparring MAX there is no topic of the month, there is your business. From the first session on, we work on your processes, with your data, at your pace.

01

Diagnosis before the first session

You fill in a short intake upfront and I write your personal AI compass paper from it. Session 1 starts with a finished diagnosis, so you don't pay for get-to-know-you small talk.

02

Written scope before we start

Which two to three workflows we build and what “done” means goes on paper beforehand. New wishes go on the parking list and the calendar stays as agreed. That takes away your fear of endlessness and my biggest time leak.

03

I hand it over and step back

I document every workflow and your prompt library grows along the way. You're not supposed to need me afterwards. That's not a sales trick, that's the product.

“From doer to conductor.”

Recipe no. 03 From the sparring

The SaaS audit: subscriptions out, workflows in

Ingredients

  • Your complete SaaS bill
  • An AI assistant with research
  • One undisturbed hour

Method

  1. List your entire tool stack
  2. Ask line by line: could a workflow replace this?
  3. Mark the three biggest hits
  4. Replace one of them this week
Effort: one hour Shelf life: permanent

A real recipe from my work: these are exactly the levers we look for in the sparring, just across your whole business.

Who Sparring MAX is for.
And who it isn't for.

3,890 EUR is an investment. So here is my sorting, before you get in touch.

A fit, if you ...

  • are self-employed and want to move your business onto two or three running AI workflows, now and not someday
  • want to work on your case from day 1, without group pace and preset topics
  • want to own a documented system you can maintain and extend yourself
  • are ready to test between sessions what we build
  • want a clear answer, even when it says: this idea won't pay off.

Not a fit, if you ...

  • first want to find out whether AI is for you at all. Then start smaller: recipe database or workshop.
  • are looking for an agency that builds and operates while you watch. I deliberately don't sell done-for-you.
  • want to open twenty construction sites at once. The scope is fixed: two to three workflows, the rest goes on the parking list.
  • have no room for eight sessions in the next two months. Then better get in touch later, the seats won't run away.
  • don't want to try anything out between sessions. What doesn't run in daily work isn't finished.

What belongs to you after the handover.
In black and white.

“The system belongs to you” means, concretely:

2 to 3 running workflows

We build them on your real processes and test them in your daily work until they run reliably there.

The documentation to match

I describe every workflow so that you'll still understand it in six months and can adapt it yourself.

Your personal prompt library

Every template we create over the two months, sorted and reusable. Your toolbox, not mine.

Your AI compass paper

The diagnosis of your business from the intake: where AI works for you, where it doesn't, and in which order. Stays valid well beyond the two months.

The follow-up call

Four weeks after the handover we look at it together: does the system hold up in real life? The session is part of the price.

Built for myself first

Two months is a long time.
You should know who is sitting next to you.

I'm Mario Fraune, AI sparring partner based in Vienna. What I build with you here, I built for myself first: a system that has been taking a good part of the work off my hands for a year and a half.

What makes it strong: it knows me. I taught it to take notes on the way I work, so it thinks along and corrects me when I've missed something. You won't get that far in month one, but the underlying approach holds. I'm the living proof of that.

Which is why, across the eight sessions, I never start with the tool, I start with your day. Whether you can invest one hour a week or five changes the solution completely. In the end everything is documented and belongs to you.

“If you don’t need me afterwards, I’ve done my job.”

I run only 2 to 3 sparring seats in parallel, which is why you start with a conversation: 30 minutes, then we both know whether it fits. If no seat is free right now, you get a reliable start date, never a waiting list without one. You pay upfront, in full: invoice after the yes, and your seat is reserved once it lands.

30days

Satisfaction guarantee

Not convinced after the first 30 days that we're on the right track? You get your money back in full. No ifs, no buts.

Three steps to the start. The first one costs nothing.

It starts with a conversation

You book the compass call or write to me. 30 minutes, remote: your case, your time sinks, my assessment of whether MAX is the right step.

Intake and AI compass paper

If it fits for both sides, you fill in the intake. From it come your AI compass paper and the written scope: which workflows, which goal, what “done” means.

Session 1, with a finished diagnosis

You book your sessions flexibly via Calendly, and we start right at the substance.

Discuss it in a compass call

What people ask beforehand.

Why a conversation instead of a buy button?

Because I only run 2 to 3 sparring seats in parallel, which is real 1:1 capacity rather than artificial scarcity. Before any commitment we talk for 30 minutes: does your case fit, does the timing fit, do we fit. If not, I'll say so and recommend the right step instead.

What goes into the written scope and what happens to new ideas?

What gets built is on paper before we start. Everything beyond that goes on the parking list, not into the calendar. That protects you from endlessness and me from the spontaneous “I'll throw that in too”. So at the end of the two months you also have a prioritised list of what to build next yourself, with the skills you picked up in the sparring.

How flexible are the eight sessions?

You book the sessions flexibly via Calendly, in the rhythm that fits your calendar. The frame stays: eight sessions of 2 hours within two months, so the momentum doesn't get lost.

What exactly gets handed over at the end?

Two to three running, documented workflows, your personal prompt library, your AI compass paper from the intake and the handover session. Four weeks after the handover comes the follow-up call. The system belongs to you, not to me.

How is Sparring MAX different from Workshop PLUS?

Workshop PLUS starts with a month in the group, and month 2 is 1:1 with one or two workflows. Sparring MAX is built entirely around your case from day 1: no group pace, no preset topics, two to three workflows and full documentation. It's also the only later upgrade available from the workshop.

Can I ask questions between sessions?

Yes, asynchronously: you send your question, I answer, no extra appointment needed. The sessions stay reserved for building, not for answering small stuff.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. Not convinced after the first 30 days that we're on the right track? You get your money back in full. No ifs, no buts.

Your next step

Two months of work. A system that belongs to you.

Two months with someone at your side who sorts out what comes first, builds live with you and hands everything over at the end. It starts with a conversation, and afterwards we both know whether it fits. English or German, your call.

2 to 3 parallel seats per month. Your email lands with me directly: kontakt@kimitplan.de
