Inside the box:
recipes against the usual time sinks.

The recipes come from my work with solo business owners and cover the time sinks I hear about most often: admin and organisation, writing, research, knowledge. Plus ready-made prompts for everyday office work. Three entries are open here, so you can see what is inside.

Recipe · Admin From the database

The admin assistant

Method

  1. Keep a tally for one week: every admin task under 10 minutes goes on the list.
  2. Cluster it: what comes up daily, what weekly, what belongs together?
  3. Describe your standards to the AI project: filing, naming, formats.
  4. Turn the three most frequent ones into fixed task prompts: short call, finished result.
  5. Test it for a week in daily work and measure: what got faster, what got clumsier?

The trick: Don't try to automate everything. Two admin tasks that actually run beat ten half-built ones.

Recipe · Setup From the database

No flattery allowed

Method

  1. Put a standing instruction in the project: critical sparring partner, not a cheerleader.
  2. Add: the three biggest weaknesses first, praise only with hard evidence.
  3. Test it on a real decision you face right now.
  4. Compare: what would the flattering version have told you? That gap is your gain.
  5. Leave it on. “Great idea” turns into “that only pays off from 40 participants”.

The trick: Without this instruction, AI is not an advisor but a mirror with sound effects.

Prompt · Writing From the database

Proofread as the recipient

<Role>
You read this text as its recipient,
not particularly well-meaning.
</Role>

Recipient: [ROLE, TIME PRESSURE]
Text: [FULL WORDING]

1. First reaction after two lines?
2. Three passages that land
   differently than meant.
3. What would you skip?

The trick: Start with the proofreading. You spot what a text is missing faster than you invent a better version.

How a recipe works

Ingredients, method, shelf life.
That's all it takes.

Every recipe in the database has the same shape, so you never have to guess where to start. Three parts, always in the same order.

01

Ingredients: what you need

Every recipe names its tools and material upfront, usually an AI assistant on a paid plan and your own examples. No 30 tools, no hidden extra costs.

02

Method: exact steps

Every step is written out, and the copy-paste templates go straight into your tool. You build it yourself, but never into the blue.

03

Shelf life: made to last

At the end there is a workflow that runs on your side and that you understand. Not an experiment that falls asleep after two weeks. When tools change, I update the recipe.

AI is supposed to save you time.
Setting it up costs exactly the time you don't have.

Three sentences keep coming back in my calls and workshops whenever AI in daily work comes up. If one of them sounds like you: you are not alone with that.

The vicious circle
“I want to automate my workflows, but I lack the time and energy to set them up.”

You know what would be possible. But between client work there is no room to build it properly.

The tinkering
“The possibilities are endless, and I have no idea where to start.”

Every week a new tool, a new secret tip. Lots of experiments, little that stays.

The wish
“I want clear recipes to rebuild myself, ones that still work a year from now.”

That is exactly what this database is for.

Paraphrased from what I have heard again and again in one and a half years of working with solo businesses.

Who the recipe database is for.
And who it isn't for.

119 EUR is spent quickly. So here is my sorting, before you buy.

A fit, if you ...

  • run a solo business and your time is your most expensive asset
  • already use AI, but without a system: a chat here, an experiment there
  • prefer building yourself, at your own pace, without appointment pressure
  • want one result that lasts instead of ten half-finished experiments
  • are ready to invest one focused afternoon

Not a fit, if you ...

  • want someone to do it all for you. That is exactly what I don't sell.
  • need guidance and fixed dates to follow through. Then the KIP AI Workshop is your format.
  • don't know yet where AI should even start in your business. Then begin with the free Tool-Kompass.
  • expect a miracle. AI is not magic, it's a tool you have to use properly.
  • can't free up one uninterrupted afternoon. A recipe doesn't build itself on the side.

What you'll own and be able to do.

A workflow that runs

Your biggest time sink is set up: routine copy, admin or a knowledge base. Not as a demo, but in your daily work.

The ability to repeat it

You've built from a recipe once and understood why it works. The second recipe takes half the time.

Access for life

When new recipes arrive, they're yours too.

Who writes these recipes

I'm Mario.

AI sparring partner, based in Vienna. Every recipe here I built myself and use myself. A good tool helps nobody until it is clear what it is supposed to help with: that is why every recipe starts with the task, not with the tool.

Most solo business owners I talk to don't have a knowledge problem, they have a starting problem: they know AI would save them time, and that is exactly the time they don't have to set it up. Two weeks later everything is back to how it was.

This database is my answer to that: every recipe tells you upfront what you need, shows you each step and hands you the template to copy. You don't need to know where to start. You just need one afternoon.

Pay once, no asterisks. Keep it. Done.

30days

Satisfaction guarantee

Not convinced after the first 30 days that we're on the right track? You get your money back in full. No ifs, no buts.

What buyers want to know beforehand.

Who is the recipe database for?

For solo business owners who already use AI, but without a system. You want to get your biggest time sink under control yourself, at your own pace, with no live sessions. If you'd rather build with guidance, the KIP AI Workshop is the better fit.

Do I need prior knowledge or expensive tools?

No. Every recipe lists its ingredients, usually an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT on a paid plan, around 20 EUR per month. You don't need to code. You need to describe clearly what you want, and that's exactly what the recipes train.

How much time do I really need?

One afternoon per recipe is the benchmark. The templates are copy-paste, the steps are exact. The catch: it's not a magic button. You set things up yourself and check the result. In return it keeps running afterwards, instead of falling asleep after two weeks.

What exactly do I get after buying?

Permanent access to the database: copy-paste templates and step-by-step instructions for the typical time sinks of solo businesses, from routine copy to admin to a searchable knowledge base. New recipes and updates are included in the price. Your access details arrive by email after the purchase, and the database itself lives at kimitplan.de/rezepte/.

Why a one-time purchase instead of a subscription?

Because a recipe that lasts doesn't justify a subscription. You pay 119 EUR once, net, and keep access including all updates. No price trap, no plan that costs more next year.

What if I get stuck or I'm not happy?

Every recipe is built so you can finish it on your own: template to copy, exact steps. If you are still stuck, send me an email. And the 30-day guarantee applies: not convinced after the first 30 days that we're on the right track? You get your money back in full. No ifs, no buts.

When is the KIP AI Workshop the better choice?

When you know you won't follow through alone. In the workshop you build a real workflow over four weeks, live in a small group, with fixed dates and a channel for questions. The recipe database is included there, by the way, so you lose nothing by starting directly at that step.

Your next step

One afternoon against your biggest time sink.

Proven templates instead of a blank page: ingredients, steps, ready-made prompts. You take one afternoon, the recipe brings the rest. We can work in English or German, your call.

Prefer guidance over going it alone? Then the KIP AI Workshop is your format.
