“AI kind of works for me. But I don't use it systematically.”
The sentence I hear most often in conversations. Daily chats, nothing that stays.
First series from 5 October · max. 10 seats
The KIP AI Workshop is the centrepiece: you build a real AI workflow, guided in a small group, across four live sessions in four weeks. Fixed scope, so you don't get lost. Afterwards you can repeat it yourself.
This offer is for freelancers and companies, and the series itself runs in German. The price is net, VAT is added at checkout.
Every session has the same structure: check-in, implement one module together, homework, next step. Plannable, repeatable, no improvising. We work along my proven module library.
Check-in with the group, then your case gets concrete: which time sink, which outcome, how you'll know it works. You set up the tools properly and create the first version of your workflow.
Until the next session You collect your real material: the emails, proposals or documents your workflow will work with later.
The module of the month gets applied to your case. You build, I watch, correct and explain the why behind every step. By the end of the session a first running version exists.
Until the next session You run the workflow on two or three real cases and note where it stumbles.
Review of the group's real cases: what works, what went sideways and why. You learn the typical failure points and how to check quality yourself before anything reaches a client.
Until the next session The workflow runs along in your real day-to-day. You note what else you want to teach it.
Your workflow gets documented and firmly built into your routine. And we look at the pattern behind it: you've walked the whole path once, so the next recipe you build yourself.
Afterwards You keep building without me, without another series.
For questions between sessions there's the series' WhatsApp group. Short question, short answer, often from the others before I even start typing. That's exactly what the small group is for: a maximum of 10 people building on the same topic, who actually know each other.
“Two workflows that run beat thirty that nobody maintains.”

Ingredients
Method
A real recipe from my module library. In the workshop we apply it to your case in week 1.
Most people who join the workshop already use AI. What's missing is not another tool. What's missing is the one properly built workflow, and someone who makes sure you actually finish it this time.
“AI kind of works for me. But I don't use it systematically.”
The sentence I hear most often in conversations. Daily chats, nothing that stays.
“I want to automate my workflows, but I lack the time and energy to set them up.”
Alone, the setup always loses against day-to-day work.
Plenty gets started, little gets finished. Without a fixed frame, every week something else wins. Four dates with nine other people change exactly that.
Paraphrased from what I have heard again and again in one and a half years of working with solo businesses.
Ten seats per series go fast. All the more important that the right people sit in them.
Built on your real case, tested on real tasks, anchored in your routine. Not a demo project.
You've walked the whole path yourself once: diagnose, build, test, anchor. That's the workshop's promise: afterwards you can do it on your own.
Free access to the full recipe database including updates, worth 119 EUR. Your toolbox for every workflow after this one.
Who guides you through the four weeks
I sit through the same four sessions you do and watch over your shoulder while you build. Fifteen years as a UX designer taught me where people get stuck, long before they notice it themselves.
That's why the scope is fixed at one workflow. Half-finished projects everyone has plenty of already. A routine you understood and built yourself carries the next one too.
Four weeks, ten people, fixed dates: the smallest frame in which something actually gets finished. The group keeps your rhythm and I correct along the way. After that you get on without me, which is the whole point.
Based in Vienna, the workshop runs remote.
The flat price covers the whole month. There is no subscription, and no hourly rate either.
The bonus math
| KIP AI Workshop | 497 EUR |
| Recipe database, included | 119 EUR on the house |
| The workshop month effectively costs | 378 EUR |
Payment is upfront and in full, no instalments. The next series starts on 5 October, the four dates are listed above. After your purchase I send you the access details; the invoice arrives automatically by email. Questions first? kontakt@kimitplan.de
30days
Not convinced after the first 30 days that we're on the right track? You get your money back in full. No ifs, no buts.
The upgrade · at start only
Some people know at sign-up: one workflow won't be enough, and after the group month I want to keep building with Mario alone. That's exactly what PLUS is for. One month group, one month personal.
You run with the series as usual and build your first workflow in the group.
One or two more workflows get built live and tailored to your business. You book the sessions flexibly via Calendly. Before we start, we put in writing what exactly gets built: the scope goes on paper, everything beyond it goes on the parking list. Clear boundaries aren't bureaucracy here, they're the reason this price works.
Your extra From your intake, your personal AI compass paper is created: the diagnosis of your case before the first session starts. Starter templates included.
With bonuses effectively 1,771 EUR.
PLUS can't be added later. The decision happens at workshop start, which keeps the price attractive for everyone. The only later exception is the upgrade to KIP AI Sparring MAX.
Every session has the same structure: check-in, implement one module together, homework, next step. Two hours, remote, maximum 10 people. No slide deck lecture. You work on your real case, with your hands on the keyboard.
Count on the 4 times 2 hours live plus small tasks between sessions: collect material, test what you built, try it on real cases. You prepare with templates, so the session is review and fine-tuning instead of building from zero. That's exactly why one month is enough.
We build exactly one workflow in the month, full stop. That's not a limitation, that's the point: one workflow that runs beats ten half-started ones. Further ideas go on a list for later, and within the month you learn enough to build them yourself afterwards.
The first series starts on 5 October 2026 and is all about Claude: from the first setup to your first workflow with agents. Made for everyone who wants to start now instead of poking around for weeks. Dates are 5, 12, 21 and 26 October, 10 to 12 CET each. Topics of later series are announced in advance; if you need a specific one, write to kontakt@kimitplan.de.
After every session you get the written summary: what was built, your tasks and the plan until the next date. There are no audio or video recordings. Follow-up questions go to the WhatsApp group. The core of the workshop is live: block the four dates firmly, they're the reason you'll follow through this time.
No, but commitment: type yourself and implement small tasks between sessions. If you only want to watch, the workshop is the wrong place, and I say exactly that.
No. The KIP AI Recipe Database worth 119 EUR is included in the workshop, together with the Tool-Kompass and the starter templates. Deduct that and the workshop month effectively costs 378 EUR.
Workshop PLUS adds a second month 1:1 after the group month, for 1,890 EUR one-time, net. It is bookable only at workshop start, and the only later exception is the upgrade to KIP AI Sparring MAX.
Yes. Not convinced after the first 30 days that we're on the right track? You get your money back in full. No ifs, no buts.
Your next step
Four fixed dates, nine fellow builders and a frame that gets you finished this time. By the end of the month your workflow runs. If the current topic doesn't fit you, I'll say that just as clearly.
Prefer everything built around your own case instead of the topic of the month? Then KIP AI Sparring MAX is your format.
